We are still processing all orders on time, however, you may experience shipping delays with Australia Post. 

Unfortunately, these delays are out of our control. Please know that we are keeping up to date with Australia Post to ensure everything continues to be processed.

Australia

Orders shipped within Australia are delivered via Australia Post’s Express Post service.

All orders will include the option for a Flat Rate of $12 for Express Shipping (1-2 business days) and $10 for Standard Shipping (3-5 business days).

For orders over $200, we offer FREE EXPRESS SHIPPING.

International

Orders shipped Internationally are delivered via Australia Post’s Standard Post service.

All orders will include a Flat Rate of $25 AUD for Standard Shipping (9-12 business days).

Customers are responsible for their countries taxes and import duties.

Dispatch

All orders will be dispatched within 24-48 hours from the date the order was placed.

All orders placed within Australia will take 1-5 days to arrive.

All orders placed Internationally will take 9-12 days to arrive.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number.

You can use this number to track your order via the Australia Post website.
